The CalFresh time limit for able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs) was reimposed September 1, 2018 in three California counties, and will likely continue to affect new areas in September 2019 and beyond.This page serves as a resource for administrators and local partners to share strategies and resources to mitigate the loss of benefits among CalFresh participants with ABAWD status.
