Research shows that subtle and inadvertent cues, such as the packaging design or the placement of a product, nudges us to select particular items. Join us on October 26th at 10 AM (PST) to learn how you can use subtle and inadvertent cues to encourage students to select the not so popular, but healthier food items in school cafeterias.

Also on the panel is Denise Agati, Interim Food Services Director at Ithaca City School District.
