AB 1678 icon3.28.2012 Today Assemblymember Monning announced that AB 1678 will not proceed further in the legislative process. Thank you to the supporters who have rallied around this issue. We share your belief that no one should profit at the expense of children’s health. CFPA remains committed to this issue  and will continue efforts to address mobile food vending that targets students near school campuses. Please stay tuned for future action on curbing mobile vending to kids!
