5.30.2012 AB 1560 (Fuentes) Food for Health passed out of the Assembly floor this afternoon with a vote of 43-18. The bill, which would remove a CalFresh income barrier for Medi-Cal recipients and their families, will now head to the Senate Human Services Committee. Supporters are encouraged to submit a letter of support to the Senate Human Services Committee; a sample letter with instructions is provided.
